Upgrading
- 1. Open the dashboard and navigate to your server.
- 2. Click Billing in the sidebar.
- 3. Choose the plan you want and click Upgrade.
- 4. Complete payment through Stripe. Your plan is active immediately.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Downgrading
You can downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page. When you downgrade:
- Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
- Your data is preserved, not deleted.
- If you exceed the limits of the lower plan (e.g. more than 2 tables on Free), your existing tables remain but you cannot create new ones until you are within limits.
- Rows beyond the limit are read-only. You can still query and export them, but cannot add new rows until you are within the row cap.

Common Billing Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan does not require any payment information.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Team?
Not currently. However, the Free plan lets you try all core features with lower limits before upgrading.
Can I switch from Pro to Team mid-cycle?
Yes. When upgrading mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days. The new plan takes effect immediately.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays intact. You revert to the Free plan limits at the end of the billing period. You can export all your data anytime.
